
Brenda Belohoubek
Brenda Belohoubek is a compassionate artist, certified educator, and licensed clinical counselor whose work brings together creativity, wellness, and personal growth. With over three decades of experience, she has performed across the United States and internationally, including appearances at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Detroit Opera Theatre, Opera America, and the International Festival of the Aegean in Greece.

Her expressive coloratura and lyrical warmth have earned her a wide range of operatic roles, including Musetta in La Bohème, Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, Micaëla and Frasquita in Carmen, Kate in Madama Butterfly, Euridice in Orfeo ed Euridice, Sophie in Werther, Bastienne in Bastien und Bastienne, and Josephine in HMS Pinafore. Brenda’s musical versatility also extends into jazz, sacred music, musical theatre, and contemporary styles. Over the years, she has served as lead vocalist for various rock bands, the most recent being the Max Baxter Band from 2023 to 2025, where her dynamic stage presence and soulful voice brought energy to audiences in the Roots, Rock, and Soul genres. In addition to her solo work, she collaborates regularly with ensembles and faith communities throughout the Greater New York area.

Brenda is the founder of BB Studio, a virtual space dedicated to teaching and coaching for voice, flute, piano, performance anxiety, executive functioning, and life transitions. BB Studio operates under her broader business entity, Go Full Circle, LLC, which also encompasses her counseling practice, performance services, and auxiliary offerings for creatives and professionals.

In addition to her artistic work, Brenda is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, a National Certified Counselor, and a HeartMath® Certified Trainer. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from William Paterson University, a Master of Music in Opera Performance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Sports and Performance Psychology from the University of Arizona Global Campus, with a specialization in music performance anxiety. Brenda also holds certifications in trauma-informed care, anxiety management, ADHD support strategies, mindfulness practices, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) life coaching.

Brenda provides telehealth counseling services through Therapy Resources of Morris County LLC, where she specializes in supporting creatives, performers, and professionals navigating anxiety, trauma, and high-performance environments. Her integrative approach blends evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, and HeartMath® with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of artists and achievers.
